Who we are

Information we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, order contents, payment status, delivery information, and communications. We also receive limited technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, device/browser information, and authentication or security logs.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Beanies on Business does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe processes payment and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy terms.
How we use information
We use information to process payment, fulfill and ship orders, provide receipts and tracking, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, maintain inventory and accounting records, comply with legal obligations, and improve the reliability of the store.
Who receives information
We disclose only what is reasonably necessary to providers that help operate the store, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for database and authentication services, our website host, email delivery providers, and shipping carriers or label providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect customers, the business, or others.
Selling or targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information. The current store does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If those practices change, this policy and any required privacy choices will be updated before the new use begins.
Retention and security
Order and transaction records are retained as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, fraud prevention, disputes, tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Access to customer information is limited to approved administrators. No online system is completely risk-free, but we use access controls, encrypted connections, signed payment webhooks, and service-provider security features to protect information.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to identity verification and exceptions for records we must retain. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply, including rights concerning disclosure, deletion, correction, sensitive information, sale or sharing, and non-discrimination. Children
The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as the store, providers, or legal requirements change. The revision date above shows when it was last updated.
