Agreement
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Final Sale Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store or submit an order.
Products and availability
We try to display products, colors, descriptions, prices, and inventory accurately. Screen colors and handmade or production variations may differ slightly. Products are subject to availability, quantity limits, and correction of genuine pricing or description errors.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. An on-screen or email acknowledgment does not require us to accept an order that is fraudulent, unauthorized, unavailable, incorrectly priced, or impossible to fulfill. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Applicable shipping and tax are shown during checkout.
Shipping
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Carrier delays and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. See the Shipping Policy for details.
Final sale
All sales are final except where applicable law requires otherwise or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. Review the Final Sale Policy before purchasing.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation, submit fraudulent orders, scrape protected systems, introduce malicious code, or use our content or trademarks without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Beanies on Business is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
